Steel structure coating process
The coating of steel structure shall be carried out after the inspection of the quality of the components. Derusting brush paint in accordance with the design requirements.

Derusting process of steel structure can be divided into the following steps: primary treatment, application of phosphating primer, anti rust paint.

High strength bolts shall not be coated with anti rust paint, but should be coated with epoxy zinc rich paint.
