Derusting method of steel structure

3, sand blasting derusting: use of high-pressure air with quartz sand sprayed to the surface of the component to achieve a rust removal method. The source of quartz sand: sand, sand and artificial sand etc.. Sand has low cost and wide range of sources, but it has great pollution to the environment. The rust removal relies entirely on manual operation. The surface roughness of the components after derusting is small, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the friction coefficient. The sand before use should remove the salt.
The above two derusting methods require less than 85% humidity of the environment.
4, acid cleaning: rust cleaning, also known as chemical rust, the principle is to use the acid in the acid lotion and metal oxide chemical reaction, so that the metal oxide dissolved, and remove the surface of the steel corrosion and dirt. But pickling can not achieve the effect of surface roughness by shot blasting or shot blasting. And we must wash and passivation in pickling; lots of waste water, the waste acid and acid fog caused by environmental pollution. If improper handling will cause the metal surface erosion, the formation of pits. Few are currently in use.
5, hand and power derusting: simple tools, easy construction. But the intensity of labor is great and the quality of derusting is poor. The law can only be used locally when other methods are not available. For example, the individual parts of the dressing or installation, site local rust treatment.
