Safety control measures of steel structure installation

1, the steel column is not in place for correction, before the formal fixed, must use bolts, welding or cork on the steel column bottom to take reliable temporary fixed measures, the upper part with cable wind rope fixed. The components are not to be decoupled before correction, welding, and mounting.

2, to ensure the construction personnel on the traffic safety, in steel or steel column hanging ladder, ladder upper and lower ends must be firmly fixed; in order to ensure the construction workers climb up and down the safety in the ladder erected outside a safety rope, safety belt construction personnel wear with self-locking device.

3, steel column, steel beam erection, welding, butt purlin and bolts to ensure the safe operation of workers, as the case may be setting the operating platform or set the operations of the special hanging basket. The hanging basket is hung on the component of the steel column or the upper wing plate of the main beam. The operator hangs the safety belt on the steel beam or the safety rope, and the hanging basket is convenient and safe for hanging, installing, correcting, welding and ultrasonic flaw detection of the steel column beam. The size and shape of the hanging basket should be suitable for installation, hanging, and made of round steel. It is strictly prohibited to use thread steel to make sure that the operator has enough space for movement.

4, vertical and horizontal steel beam should be suspended safety rope, also called the lifeline, hanging height of 1.2 meters, 3 meters every 1.2 meters or steel erection angle for supporting the safety rope, or take a basket bolt tightening, prevent the failure of safety caused by the safety rope is too long. When the worker goes up the steel beam, the seat belt must hang on the safety rope.
