The steel structure of the plant mainly refers to the main load-bearing components made of steel. Including steel pillars, steel beams, steel structure foundation, steel roof (of course, the plant span is relatively large, now basically steel structure roof truss), steel roof, pay attention to steel structure wall can also use brick wall maintenance.

Two steel column installation

(1) because of the heavy weight and long length of the steel column, it can not be manufactured and transported at once. The height of the steel column is about 17 meters. The 50 ton truck crane can meet the requirement of hoisting, and then be supported by 1 25 ton truck cranes for lifting.

(2) lifting is carried out by single machine slewing. Before lifting, place the wooden side on the steel column and baseboard to avoid the damage of the steel column during the lifting process. When lifting a steel column, the crane shall hook up and turn the arm aside so that the steel column is perpendicular to the ground and the post is placed in the cup.
