The Prefab Modular House for Quick On-Site Assembly is produced as complete volumetric modules in a controlled factory environment. Each module arrives on site with interior finishes, windows, doors and pre-installed mechanical and electrical systems already in place.

A mobile crane lifts the modules directly onto the prepared foundation, where they are bolted together and the joints are sealed. Because up to 90 percent of the work is completed in the factory, on-site assembly takes only a few days and is barely affected by weather conditions.

The modular approach guarantees consistent quality, minimal construction waste and easy future expansion. Additional modules can simply be craned on top of or beside the existing structure whenever more living space is needed, making it an ideal solution for fast housing projects and remote sites.
